Most supplement pages tell you what is inside. Fewer tell you what to expect, and almost none tell you when.

This one does both, including the timeline, which is the part people most want and most rarely get straight.

The full formula

Two gummies per serving, thirty servings per container.

Ingredient Amount Form
Selenium 150 mcg L-selenomethionine
Zinc 12 mg Bisglycinate
Copper 1 mg Bisglycinate
Magnesium 50 mg Citrate
Vitamin B12 25 mcg Methylcobalamin
Vitamin D3 1000 IU Cholecalciferol
Milk thistle 150 mg Standardised to 80% silymarin

No iodine. No kelp or bladderwrack. No proprietary blends. Every amount printed.

Why each one is there

Selenium is the ingredient with the clearest mechanism in this category. The deiodinase enzymes that convert T4 into active T3 are selenoproteins: selenium is built into their structure. It contributes to normal thyroid function. The form matters, and L-selenomethionine is better absorbed than the sodium selenite used in cheaper products.

Milk thistle is here because that conversion happens largely in the liver. It is standardised to 80% silymarin so you know how much active material you are getting, which is not true of most milk thistle on the shelf.

Zinc and copper are a pair. Zinc is involved in thyroid signalling and contributes to normal cognitive function and to the maintenance of normal hair, skin and nails. Copper is in there because zinc supplementation without it depletes copper over months.

Magnesium and B12 both contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. B12 in particular, because low B12 produces fatigue and fog almost identical to thyroid symptoms and is commonly missed.

Vitamin D3 contributes to normal immune and muscle function, and insufficiency is widespread.

A realistic timeline

Nobody can tell you what will happen to you, and anyone who does is guessing. What we can give you is a realistic shape, based on how the nutrients involved actually behave.

Weeks 1 to 2. Realistically, nothing. Nutrient status does not shift in ten days. What matters in this period is simply establishing the habit.

Weeks 3 to 6. If anything is going to be noticeable, this is usually where people start mentioning it, and most often it is energy through the afternoon rather than anything dramatic. This is also where most people quit, which is the main reason supplements fail to do anything.

Weeks 8 to 12. The point at which it is fair to judge. If you have taken it consistently for three months and feel no different, it is not for you, and the guarantee exists for exactly that.

Beyond. Nutrient-based support is cumulative and unremarkable. It does not build to a crescendo.

Results not typical. Individual results may vary.

What to expect, honestly

Do expect a simple daily habit that covers the nutrients the conversion step depends on, without adding four bottles to your counter.

Do not expect weight loss. Do not expect your TSH to change. Do not expect it to replace thyroid medication, resolve a diagnosed condition, or work without sleep and adequate food.

It does not treat, cure or prevent any disease.

The people who report the most from it are the ones taking it alongside the ordinary things: eating enough, sleeping consistently, walking daily. The supplement covers a nutritional gap. It does not substitute for the rest.

How to take it

Two gummies a day, with or after a meal, at whatever time you will actually remember.

If you take thyroid medication, keep minerals several hours away from your dose, and ask your provider or pharmacist what spacing they recommend for you. Never adjust your prescription on your own.

Safety and when to speak to a provider

Selenium has a tolerable upper limit of 400 mcg per day from all sources including food. At 150 mcg, Balanthy sits comfortably below it, but count your total if you take other products or eat Brazil nuts regularly.

Speak to a provider before starting if you are pregnant or nursing, take any medication, or have a diagnosed condition. Milk thistle is in the daisy family, so avoid it if you are allergic to those plants.

If your thyroid is overactive, this is not the right product for you.

And if your symptoms are persistent or worsening, the next step is bloodwork, not a supplement.

Frequently asked questions

How long until I notice something?

Give it eight to twelve weeks of consistent use. Most people who report a difference mention it somewhere between weeks three and six, and the change is usually modest rather than dramatic.

What if I feel nothing?

Then it is not for you, and the 30-day money-back guarantee covers that. We would rather refund you than have you keep buying something that is not helping.

Will it help me lose weight?

No. It is not a weight loss product and contains no stimulants or appetite suppressants.

Can I take it with other supplements?

Usually yes, but count your totals, particularly for selenium, zinc and vitamin D, which appear in many multivitamins.

Is the selenium dose safe long term?

150 mcg sits well below the 400 mcg daily upper limit from all sources. That said, count what else you take.

Know what you are buying
